Before I get started with posting some recipes I just wanted to inform you all of a brand new cook book that's being officially celebrated tomorrow night, here in Sydney. The celebraton will include food, Greek wines and music! The perfect combination! The cook book is entitled "My Greek Family Table" and it comes from none other than the wonderful Maria Benardis who runs the Greekalicious cooking school. Maria's book not only showcases new and traditional Greek recipes with stunning photography but it gives us an intimate view of her life surrounded by food and family. I can't wait to get my hot little hands on this and have a go at some of the more modern adaptations of Greek recipes.
