I apologise for not getting any recipes out this week...travel plans have kept me busy. In the mean time I hope you enjoy this image of green eggs (sorry no ham!). I picked up an old "new" lens a few weeks ago and put it through its paces. As usual I'm impressed with these old Nikon lenses.
