My apologies for not getting out some recipes this week. I have been incredibly busy photographing for a few projects and time just slipped by. Last time, I showed you the Andes and this time I want to share some aerial pictures of the Hindu Kush. Again, I cannot repeat myself how beautiful it is to gaze at Mother Nature's work.
