Hi, Stifado is actually one of my favourite Greek dishes! I lived in Kos last year for a little while, and it was absolutely amazing, the way all the warm spices just compliment each other so well, damn! I’m making myself hungry.

ooh…your beef stew looks so good. I just want to know what is allspice berries? I’ve never heard of this spice before. Curious to know about it.
