Ah yes, lol.. I get asked that question a lot too. Mostly by my dad who is complaining why I did not bring something nice and tasty when visiting. But I do have to get better at the giving away part or else I will never get a slim physique! lol… Now those salmon skewers would work perfectly for me. Love them. love your dramatic backdrop too!

I serve salmon all the time, never occurs to me to put it on a skewer. It’s a great presentation. Cajun spice is always welcome here…

Like Anh, I like my salmon raw. Which is why that marinated salmon photo calls out to me much more than the cooked ones!

I’m not sure if my yiayia would say about these! I have some salmon in the fridge however and need to do something with it tomorrow, so, I will give this a whirl and see what family has to say!
