I used life lite Italian sausage (vegan) and omitted the prawns (I have a kosher kitchen) added sauted mushrooms and sauted onions…love these kind of non-recipe recipes!

To hell with a “real recipe” – this sounds perfect! Who has time to measure everything they cook anyways? Writing the recipe takes longer than it does to cook!
