To hell with a “real recipe” – this sounds perfect! Who has time to measure everything they cook anyways? Writing the recipe takes longer than it does to cook!

i made something like this once end of term last year for a friend and i and although it didn’t look as fab as yours does, i do love the combination of ingredients! man, does it look so delicious.
