I can't wait to make them using your recipe. Here's what made hers litereally melt the minute they hit the palette. Once the shortbread was made she worked it. Rubbing it with both hands almost in a kneading motion. She did this for some time. And instead of rose water, she would splash ouzo (doesn't get more Greek than that).
