It’s been a fairly hectic number of weeks and I really have had no time to post. I’ m trying to catch up and hopefully I’ll get there! Anyway, you’re probably wondering what mandarins have got to do with anything? Well not much! I’m just ejoying them at the moment as they are plentiful. And I don’t have a recipe for them…(but I do have a recipe coming up for chocolate and almond cookies!) Plus I think the picture makes for good food porn. What do you think?
