		<description>Ok, finally tried this, using veggie stock (and a little Maggi) in place of chicken stock and about 1.5 tbsp cashew butter in place of cream. I added a splash of mirin (cooking wine which is fairly tart) while cooking and still felt the flavour could have been more crisper, so I added about 1-2 tbsp of lime juice (was too lazy to squeeze a lemon). I think it really needs something acidic, but with those additions it was very tasty. Somehow I&#039;d even describe the flavour as buttery (and it&#039;s not the cashew butter).</description>
