Thanks for the awesome recipe. Tried it today and it came out great. I added an extra green chilli and 1 tsp garlic paste while frying. Made it in a pressure cooker and it was ready in 15 mins!

Just made this soup this week, and it was absolutely delicious, a very suprising creamy texture and taste, the hard part was saving some for the next day ;-)

The best soups are the spicy ones. They really warm you all around, hehe. Yummy!

I've never had this combination before but it would certainly be a great addition to our winter soups.

Ahhh, winter! I love all seasons and to me there is something extremely comforting in winter--I love to hibernate just a little and this soup would really help me do that! It looks delicious...love the spices and the pumpkin along with the lentils. It's a soup with body!

Pumpkin and curry are best mates - love the use of garam masala here. Garam masala, five spice and pumpkin pie spice (do they have that in Oz?) all have that lovely warming quality that is so perfect for an autumn soup.
