chicken - soulvaki is added about 10-15 year ago in Greece but it can&#039;t compared with the taste of the original !

In greece lamb or goat meet is used only in a big &quot;Souvla&quot; (peter you must know this)  at easter period ....or alternative those meets are cooked in the oven (in the traditionally greek cuisine)
