I wanted to share with you all some recent-ish work I’ve done for the wonderful people at Antoniou Fillo Pastry.

It’s always fun coming up with unique and creative ways to use this great product.

If you think fillo is all about Greek pies, you’re sort of right.

However, it’s much more than that.

And my absolute favourite. These “more-ish” chorizo sausage rolls.  I honestly could not wait till the shoot was over!
