1. Dredge in flour 2. Dip it into the beaten egg. 3. Cover it with the panko breadcrumbs.
2. Place the prepared halloumi slices onto a lined tray with baking paper and place in the fridge for 15 mins.
3. Fry the cheese on a medium heat for 3 mins each side until they are golden.
4. Make sure you get a nice crust on your halloumi
5. Construct your burger and enjoy!
