Souvlaki For The Soul
1. Clean your peppers - roast for 20 mins. until skin blisters and is dark
2. Place the roasted peppers into a small bowl and cover
3. Peel the blistered skins from the peppers
4. Place the peppers, feta cheese, olive oil, chilli and seasonings in a food processor
5. Blend until the mixture comes together and forms a paste
6. Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours and serve later
