Prawn Saganaki -  A Taste of Greece


Souvlaki For The Soul

Gather your ingredients

1. Heat oil - add diced onions and garlic

2. Add peppers and chilli

3. Stir and allow the mixture to soften

4. Add the prawns or shrimp and stir well to combine

5. Add the ouzo and tomatoes

6. Season with salt and pepper and add the parsley

7. Stir until well combined and simmer for 10 mins.

8. Place into ceramic dishes and top with feta cheese

9. Grill (BROIL) for a few mins. until feta is soft - serve immediately
