Easy Flatbread (No Yeast)

It’s super easy to make. It’s as easy as mixing the yogurt and flour and letting the magic happen.

INGREDIENTS

Combine

Combine the flour and yogurt in a large bowl.

Mix

Mix the flour and yogurt.  If it seems too dry, add a tablespoon of yogurt.  Alternatively, add a tablespoon of flour if it seems too wet.  It should feel smooth without being sticky.

Shape

Shape into a ball and allow the dough to rest for half an hour.

Knead

Knead on a lightly floured surface and divide it into 4 pieces.

Roll

Roll the dough into a thin circle using a rolling pin.

Cook

Cook the flatbread for a few minutes on each side.  It will puff up and char in certain parts (that’s OK!  - it adds flavour!).
