Easy Flatbread Recipe (No Yeast)

This flatbread recipe is easy to prepare. It’s as easy as mixing the yogurt and flour and letting the magic happen.

Greek Yogurt Self-Rising Flour Salt

INGREDIENTS

Combine

Combine the flour and yogurt in a large bowl.

Mix

Mix the flour and yogurt.  If it seems too dry, add a tablespoon of yogurt.  Alternatively, add a tablespoon of flour if it seems too wet.  It should feel smooth without being sticky.

Shape

Shape into a ball and allow the dough to rest for half an hour.

Knead

Knead on a lightly floured surface and divide it into 4 pieces.

Roll

Roll the dough into a thin circle using a rolling pin.

Cook

Cook the flatbread for a few minutes on each side.  It will puff up and char in certain parts (that’s OK!  - it adds flavour!).
