Wash and dry the lettuce leaves. Use a salad spinner for the best results.
Shred the lettuce finely using a sharp knife.
Finely slice the spring onions, dice the cucumbers and finely chop the dill - add to a large bowl.
Whisk the olive oil, vinegar and salt and pour over the green salad.
Toss everything together until combined and serve immediately.
