Heat the olive oil in a medium-sized pan on medium-high heat and fry the onion and garlic until translucent.
Add the ground meat and cook until browned.
Add the red wine and cook until it is absorbed.
Add the stock, spices and tomatoes.
Cook the spaghetti and toss through some melted butter.
Serve the Greek spaghetti with meat sauce and plenty of grated cheese.
