Mango Popsicles

It's as simple as blending a few simple ingredients and waiting for them to freeze. You'll be enjoying these delicious frozen treats in no time!

Mango Coconut Cream Honey Vanilla Lime

INGREDIENTS

Peel

Peel and chop your mangoes, removing as much flesh from the inner stone.

Combine

Combine all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until the mango puree is smooth and free of any lumps.

Pour

Pour the mango mixture into popsicle molds and place in the freezer for one hour.

Place

When semi-set, place a wooden popsicle stick through the centre of each popsicle. Place back in the freezer for a minimum of 4-6 hours or overnight before serving.

Serve

Run the molds under warm water for 10 seconds to set them loose and serve immediately. Alternatively, dip them in a bowl of warm water. warm or at room temperature.
