Tequila and Lime Marinated Steak

Hola everyone!

Today I'm over at the Boys Club showcasing this beautiful recipe of tequila and lime marinated steak.

What a joy it was to get creative with this drink.

I know a lot of you are probably used to drinking tequila in Margaritas or that ol' classic, "Tequila Sunrise".

Yes. It works beautifully in those drinks but it takes on a whole different dimension when combined with lime and a few spices.

I've created a little Tex-Mex feast to accompany the steak. I've included sweet chargrilled peppers, a lime "massaged" slaw, some grilled corn with coriander butter and some guacamole.
