Lamb Recipes

I love lamb and my two stand out lamb recipes include my rack of lamb and my Greek Easter lamb.  Both include the magic trinity of oregano, olive oil and lemon juice for a flavour sensation.  If you want to warm up the insides on a cold day, try cinnamon braised lamb shanks - this one's definitely for the cinnamon lovers.
